How to order a custom made Gown.
We realise it is a difficult decision to buy your wedding gown
online and especially over the internet.
We are here to help and guide you all the way. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or worries you may have
To order your chosen gown in 6 simple steps :
- Browse through our custom made range
- Go to the colour swatch page to choose your preferred colour.
- Go to the page your dress is featured on, select the dress you require. Click on add to cart and pay securely with paypal. Postage and packaging will be added at this stage. (Varies see Shipping and Delivery)
- Go to the measuring page and fill out your details, including the dress name, colour, your standard or custom size details and any other comments you would like to make. Click on send.
- We will respond within 24 hours and after the cooling period, your dress will then be made. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time.
- Wait approx 2-4 weeks for your gown to be delivered direct to your door !

Refunds exchanges and cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order with in 24 hours of ordering
and a full refund will be given. No questions asked.
After this time, within reason, orders may still be cancelled although labour costs will be incured and costs of any material that has already been cut.
After you have received the garment it is not possible to exchange or return, due to the gowns or dress being made to order in your exclusive size. (unless you have ordered a standard size). If the garment is found to be damaged in anyway, then a refund or alternative will be offered, although ALL of our dresses are fully checked before delivery to ensure this should not happen.
